The Environment Agency’s own information on how to plan
and deliver inclusive public access as part of their construction activities. It should be used by anyone planning to undertake physical works in the external environment which could affect
public access on their land or as a part of one of their projects.
The guide has been produced with the help of a number of external organisations who promote the development of inclusive access such as Natural England, Countryside Council for Wales and The British Disabled Angling Association.

The guidance contains eight documents and includes self assessment toolkits or checklists.
