User Involvement and Co-production
Publication date: various from 2015
The Housing LIN web based resource has now set up a section looking at examples and methods for consulting people who use services and how to get their feedback. It is simply more than just asking for an opinion, but about involving them in the shaping of a service – known as co-production. The aim is to understand better what works and what people want from a service or place.
To put this in an accessible building context see the North Somerset Council Designing for Diversity guidance (page 7).
