Exploring ways for staff to consult people with dementia about services

This study focused on the process of undertaking service user consultation with people with dementia.
It looked at how people living with dementia can be encouraged to express their views in the course of day to day activities as and when opportunities for meaningful discussions arise. It notes the wider benefits for staff in having opportunities to write reflectively on their relationships with the people they care for.
