Repealed legislation under Equality Act 2010

A number of pieces of equality and discrimination legislation were repealed when the Equality Act 2010 came into equality-act-2010force.

It is unfortunately too common a mistake by construction and environmental professionals to still refer to the Disability Discrimination Act 1995 in documents submitted for tenders, planning applications, etc. It’s used as a short cut to refer to construction standards that never existed in the legislation.
