We’ve used the opening line from the report to describe how spaces are used, “…to meet friends and strangers, to congregate, celebrate and converse.”

Drawing on evidence gathered from ten public spaces across the capital, both publicly and privately-owned, the report highlights the importance of management in making public spaces safe and welcoming to all Londoners.

It provides an assessment of the ten case studies.
