We’ve included this article to highlight the issues that disabled people face to give holiday and hotel accommodation operators and owners an idea of what they need to address.

Whilst it’s useful for disabled people it demonstrates to operators that simple statements such as “we are fully accessible” don’t provide the information or level of certainty that disabled people need from operators. Much more detail is needed, but also a willingness to be on the end of a phone or at the end of email to answer what might be a list of questions as someone works through their plans.
